First Quarter -- 2024

Dear Praying Friend,
Serving the Lord, preaching the Gospel, and encouraging missionaries is exciting. During the year's opening weeks, God allowed Kim and I to serve our missionary’s practical, financial, and spiritual needs. Every week, we work with missionaries to encourage their heart, remind them of their calling, and hold them up in prayer. Your support, both in prayers and financially, is not just important; it is the backbone of our work. It means your missionaries have an Aaron and Hur to uphold a missionary's arms, and because of you, we can continue to spread the Gospel. Your prayers and contributions are truly invaluable.
I am planning our See the Harvest trip. This year, I am leading two dozen people from a dozen churches to Scotland in June. I am leading two trips to Scotland with two dozen people from a dozen churches who will come with me to distribute 30,000 John and Romans door-to-door. The anticipation for this mission is high, and we can't wait to see what God has in store for us.
After ten days of letterboxing, we will hold three different Gospel outreach events: several evening Gospel meetings, a one-day community outreach in a central park, and a multi-day Vacation Bible School event. Each effort is designed to reach the population of greater Dumfries, Scotland.
Could you pray God will meet the need for these trips in June? Also, I need a financial answer to prayer to ship 30,000 John and Romans to Scotland.
I assisted nine churches in their Faith Promise goals. This aspect of our ministry is in the spirit of Luther Rice in the days of William Carey. Luther kept the funds coming for Carey as he served in place. We saw one church’s Faith Promise commitment exceed $350,000.00. Our God is worthy!
God let me preach on the same evening with two younger men called to the ministry. I rarely consider myself the Older Preacher, but I was this night. I am grateful God calls men to the ministry to serve Him. This picture reminds me of God's goodness in serving the Lord.
In March, I taught Seminary Students on Biblical Missions at the Independent Baptist Seminary in Dover, Delaware. I loved this opportunity to train future ministry leaders.
Brethren, Pray for us!
Yours for the harvest,
John O'Malley
